I charge an hourly rate of £30 for general administration services such as diary and inbox management, travel booking, minuting meetings, typing correspondence, document formatting, research.
I can provide you with a retainer package where you "book" a fixed amount of hours so you know that I will be available to you for the amount of hours you choose (3 month minimum retainer).
For more in depth projects e.g. creation of a website from scratch, building your brand or preparation for an audit this would depend on the amount of work involved so the price would be tailored accordingly.
This is why the discovery call is so important so we can work out together exactly what you need.
The good thing about working with a virtual assistant is all you pay is my hourly rate! Unlike with employees where you have to pay NI and pension contributions or other benefits such as sick pay or life insurance. You also don't have to pay for premises, or IT equipment.
I use time logging software so you know you are getting value for money.
